CraftStory Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy

1. Respect for Third-Party Rights

CraftStory users must respect the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. Unauthorized use of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

2. Custom Assets

Users may upload custom images, videos, and audio, but they must adhere to the following rules:

• Uploading images, videos, or audio of other people is not allowed without their explicit consent.
• It is prohibited to create avatars of celebrities. If you are a celebrity and wish to create an avatar, please contact support@craftstory.com.
• Creating avatars of persons under 18 years old is strictly prohibited.
• Users may not upload content owned by a third party without the owner’s consent.
• The uploaded content must not contain images that are:
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Illegal in any jurisdiction where CraftStory operates
  • Defamatory, violent, threatening, abusive, or harmful
  • Inflammatory, hateful, cruel, insensitive, or deceptive

3. Video Content

The creation of videos that violate the following guidelines is strictly prohibited:

• Content that infringes on third-party rights: Including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized likenesses, or misrepresentation.
• Harmful or dangerous content: Depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or endangering individuals or groups.
• Deceptive or misleading content: Deepfakes, impersonations, or false representations that could mislead viewers.
