How much does CraftStory cost?
CraftStory is free to start: the Free plan costs $0/month and includes 100 starter credits. Paid prices are $19/month for Indie and $34/month for Producer ($14 and $24 with annual billing); Enterprise pricing is custom. You only pay for the plan: videos are paid for with the credits it includes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0/month: 100 starter credits (about 8 minutes of AI Actor video or 30 seconds of Model 2.0 video), 720p export, videos up to 3 minutes — no credit card required.
How do credits work?
Credits are spent when you generate video — roughly 3 credits per second of 720p Model 2.0 video and 0.2 credits per second of AI Actor video. Credits are shared across all models. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy one-off credit packs on top of it at any time.
What if I run out of credits before the month ends?
Buy a credit pack inside the app: $5 for 150 credits, $25 for 1,000, or $50 for 3,000. Packs are one-off purchases that stack with your plan, so a busy month does not force you onto a bigger subscription.
What's included in every paid plan?
AI Actor videos at 0.2 credits per second (a one-minute video is 12 credits), 1080p export, 100+ scenes, expedited processing, and no watermark.
What's the difference between Indie, Producer, and Enterprise?
Indie is for solo creators. Producer adds the Video Agent, API access, user avatars, and roles & permissions. Enterprise adds higher volume, priority support, and a dedicated account manager.
